- Board: means the Texas Medical Board. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
- Health care entity: means :
(A) a hospital licensed under Chapter 241 or Texas Occupations Code 151.002 - Physician: means a person licensed to practice medicine in this state. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
Not later than the 15th business day after the date the board receives a request for the data, the board shall make available to a health care entity or its designated credentials verification organization all core credentials data it collects on a physician, including any correction, update, or modification of that data, if authorized by the physician.
