(a) A person commits an offense if the person fails to surrender or immediately return to the department the person’s commission, pocket card, or other identification issued to the person by the department under this chapter on notification of a summary suspension or summary denial under § 1702.364.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
