(a) An optometrist or therapeutic optometrist may:
(1) lease space from an establishment;
(2) pay for franchise fees or other services on a percentage or gross receipts basis; or
(3) sell, transfer, or assign accounts receivable.
(b) Subsection (a)(2) does not authorize activity prohibited by § 351.408.
