(a) An applicant for an occupational therapist license or an occupational therapy assistant license must submit to the board a written application on a form provided by the board, showing to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant meets the requirements of § 454.203.
(b) The board shall approve applicants for licenses at least once each year at reasonable times and places designated by the board.
