- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
A pharmacy shall maintain a permanent record of:
(1) any civil litigation initiated against the pharmacy by a resident of this state; or
(2) a complaint that arises out of a prescription for a resident of this state that was lost during delivery.
