- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Regardless of the offense, the advisory board shall suspend the certificate or approval of a person serving a prison term in a state or federal penitentiary during the term of the incarceration.
