(a) The commission shall prepare a written annual report describing the activities of the commission during the preceding fiscal year. The report must include information regarding:
(1) licensing, inspection, and enforcement activities;
(2) changes to commission policies; and
(3) complaint information.
(b) The commission shall post the report on the commission’s Internet website.
