(a) The department may contract with any entity the department considers appropriate to sell state park passes in any of the entity’s retail locations.
(b) The commission may adopt rules to implement this section.

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Sell: means to transfer the ownership or the right of possession of an item to a person for consideration and includes a barter and an even exchange. See Texas Parks and Wildlife Code 1.101
