Terms Used In Texas Property Code 240.109
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In the case of a disclaimer by a fiduciary of a power over a trust or estate, the disclaimer must be delivered as provided by § 240.102, 240.103, or 240.104 as if the power disclaimed were an interest in property.
