(a) A new permit or license may not be issued to a former holder of a revoked permit or license unless the comptroller is satisfied that the person will comply with the provisions of this title and the rules of the comptroller relating to this title.
(b) The comptroller may prescribe the terms under which a suspended permit or license may be reissued.
Terms Used In Texas Tax Code 111.0048
- Comptroller: means the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas. See Texas Tax Code 1.04
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
