(a) An applicant for a permit required by § 155.041 shall send the required fee with the application.
(b) The payment must be made in cash or by money order, check, or credit card.
Terms Used In Texas Tax Code 155.050
- Comptroller: means the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas. See Texas Tax Code 1.04
(c) A permit may not be issued in exchange for a check until after the comptroller has received full payment on the check.
