- Comptroller: means the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas. See Texas Tax Code 1.04
The comptroller may refuse to grant a permit or may revoke or suspend a permit if the applicant or permit holder fails, on request, to provide a complete set of fingerprints required for searching the Federal Bureau of Investigation Identification Division files.
