(a) The part of Interstate Highway 30 in the corporate limits of the city of Greenville is designated as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Freeway.
(b) Subject to § 225.021(c), the department shall design and construct memorial markers indicating the freeway number, the designation as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Freeway, and any other appropriate information. The department shall erect a marker at each end of the freeway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the freeway.
