(a) A person commits an offense if the person uses the person’s body, a car, or a barricade to knowingly impede or otherwise interfere with a peace officer’s investigation of conduct prohibited under § 545.420 or a reckless driving exhibition, as defined by § 42.03, Penal Code.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
