(a) The regulatory authority shall make a final determination not later than the 185th day after the date the electric utility files the rate-filing package required by § 36.153.
(b) The deadline prescribed by Subsection (a) is extended two days for each day the actual hearing on the merits of the case exceeds 15 days.
