Terms Used In Texas Water Code 29.018
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The railroad commission may suspend or refuse to renew a permit for a period not to exceed one year if the permittee:
(1) violates the provisions of this chapter;
(2) violates reasonable rules promulgated under § 29.031 of this code; or
(3) does not maintain his operation at the standards that entitled him to a permit under § 29.013 of this code.
