- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
Any amendment to the management plan shall be submitted to the executive administrator within 60 days following adoption of the amendment by the district’s board. The executive administrator shall review and approve any amendment which substantially affects the management plan in accordance with the procedures established under § 36.1072.
