(a) The notice requirements for the appointment of a presiding election judge under § 32.009, Election Code, do not apply to an election held by a district.
(b) To serve as an election judge in an election held by a district, a person must be a registered voter of the county in which the district is wholly or partly located. To the extent of any conflict with § 32.051, Election Code, this section controls.

  • Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
