- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commission may issue an emergency order appointing a willing person to temporarily manage and operate a utility under § 13.4132. Notice of the action is adequate if the notice is mailed or hand delivered to the last known address of the utility’s headquarters.
