- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any member or employee of the board may enter any person‘s land, natural waterway, or artificial waterway for the purpose of making an investigation that would, in the judgment of the executive administrator, assist the board in the discharge of its duties.
