Terms Used In Texas Water Code 60.013
- Precedent: A court decision in an earlier case with facts and law similar to a dispute currently before a court. Precedent will ordinarily govern the decision of a later similar case, unless a party can show that it was wrongly decided or that it differed in some significant way.
The recipients or beneficiaries of a fund created under § 60.011 of this code shall not be eligible for any other pension retirement funds or direct aid from the State of Texas unless the fund provided for in § 60.011 of this code is released to the State of Texas as a condition precedent to receiving the other pension aid.
