Terms Used In Texas Water Code 68.209
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This state, a municipality, a county, another political subdivision of this state, or any other person, without further authorization, may contract with the district to accomplish any district purpose.
