- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who does not comply with § 7.061 waives the right to judicial review, and the commission or the executive director may refer the matter to the attorney general for enforcement.
