Terms Used In Tennessee Code 10-7-114
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
For making such transcript, collation, and index, the register shall be entitled to one dollar ($1.00) per one hundred (100) words, to be paid by the county.
