Terms Used In Tennessee Code 34-1-124
- Court: means any court having jurisdiction to hear matters concerning guardians or conservators. See Tennessee Code 34-1-101
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Fiduciary: means a guardian, coguardian, conservator, co-conservator, or qualified trustee as defined in §. See Tennessee Code 34-1-101
- Record: means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in a perceivable form. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
If an action for the appointment of a fiduciary is brought but no fiduciary is appointed, the court may for good cause enter an order permitting expunction of the record.
