Terms Used In Tennessee Code 50-3-406
- Employer: means a person engaged in a business who has one (1) or more employees and includes county, metropolitan and municipal governments. See Tennessee Code 50-3-103
Any employer who violates any of the posting requirements, as prescribed in this chapter, shall be assessed a penalty of up to seven thousand dollars ($7,000) for each violation.
