(a) All licenses, registration and inspection fees collected under this chapter shall be paid into the state treasury.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 53-3-117

  • Department: means the Tennessee department of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 53-3-103
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(b) The fees are appropriated exclusively to the department to be used solely and specifically in carrying out this chapter.
