- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Department: means the Tennessee department of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 53-3-103
