Terms Used In Tennessee Code 59-8-308

  • Commissioner: means the commissioner of environment and conservation, the commissioner of environment and conservation's duly authorized representatives, and in the event of absence or a vacancy in the office of commissioner, the deputy commissioner. See Tennessee Code 59-8-304
(2) Make such investigations or inspections as are necessary to ensure compliance with any provisions of this part, including the right to enter at any time upon a suspected affected area or affected area for such purposes and the right of ingress and egress across intervening properties.
