Tennessee Code 63-12-122 – Reissuance of license after revocation or suspension

(a) The board, by an affirmative vote of three (3), at any time after suspension or revocation of a license for good and sufficient cause, may reissue a license to the person affected, conferring upon the person all the rights and privileges pertaining to the practice of veterinary medicine.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 63-12-122

Board: means the board of veterinary medical examiners. See Tennessee Code 63-12-103
License: means any permit, approval, registration or certificate issued by the board. See Tennessee Code 63-12-103
Person: includes a corporation, firm, company or association. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
Veterinary medicine: includes veterinary surgery, obstetrics, dentistry and all other branches or specialties of veterinary medicine. See Tennessee Code 63-12-103

(b) Any person to whom such license may be reissued shall pay the same fee as upon the issuance of the original license.
