Terms Used In Tennessee Code 63-3-119
- Board: means the board of podiatric medical examiners. See Tennessee Code 63-3-102
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Division: means the division of health related boards of the department of health. See Tennessee Code 63-3-102
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
