Terms Used In Tennessee Code 68-221-720
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of environment and conservation, the commissioner's duly authorized representative, and, in the event of the commissioner's absence or a vacancy in the office of commissioner, the deputy commissioner. See Tennessee Code 68-221-703
- Construction: means any placement, assembly or installation of facilities or equipment (including contractual obligations to purchase such facilities or equipment) at the premises where such equipment will be used, including preparation work at such premises. See Tennessee Code 68-221-703
- Lead free: means :
(A) Not containing more than two-tenths of one percent (0. See Tennessee Code 68-221-703 - Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- Public water system: means a system for the provision of water for human consumption through pipes or other constructed conveyances, if such serves fifteen (15) or more connections or which regularly serves twenty-five (25) or more individuals daily at least sixty (60) days out of the year. - State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
