Terms Used In Tennessee Code 68-3-513
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Physician: means a person licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy pursuant to the laws of this state. See Tennessee Code 68-3-102
Any physician who in good faith complies with § 68-3-502(c)-(g) shall be immune from civil suit for damages.
