Terms Used In Tennessee Code 69-9-227
- Agency: means the wildlife resources agency. See Tennessee Code 69-9-204
- Commission: means the fish and wildlife commission. See Tennessee Code 69-9-204
- Executive director: means the executive director of the wildlife resources agency. See Tennessee Code 69-9-204
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
