Terms Used In Tennessee Code 7-86-312
- County governing body: means that body in a particular county that is vested with the power to levy property taxes. See Tennessee Code 7-1-101
- District: means any emergency communications district created pursuant to this part. See Tennessee Code 7-86-103
Any city or county governing body may, by resolution, request the board to review a decision of the board of directors of the emergency communications district serving such city or county affecting its financial standing and its level or quality of 911 service.
