Terms Used In Tennessee Code 70-1-105
- Agency: means the wildlife resources agency. See Tennessee Code 70-1-101
- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Property: includes both personal and real property. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
If the agency receives a complaint or otherwise becomes aware of a potential water quality violation regarding property used in agriculture, as defined by § 1-3-105, the agency must notify both the department of environment and conservation and the department of agriculture, as soon as practicable, pursuant to § 69-3-115(d).
