(a) This chapter listing fees of clerks and other officials is not to be construed to be inclusive of all fees. In cases of conflicts or apparent conflicts, the fees shall be those named in other sections dealing with the particular subject matters.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 8-21-106

  • Uniform Commercial Code: A set of statutes enacted by the various states to provide consistency among the states' commercial laws. It includes negotiable instruments, sales, stock transfers, trust and warehouse receipts, and bills of lading. Source: OCC
(b) Fees established for transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code, compiled in title 47, chapters 1-9, shall be exclusively those fees established therein.
