(1) A trustee or beneficiary of a business trust shall be governed by all the provisions of the declaration of trust of the business trust.

  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
