Utah Code 17C-2-101.2. Applicability of chapter

This chapter applies to an urban renewal project area that is effective:

(1) before May 10, 2016; or

Project area: means the geographic area described in a project area plan within which the project area development described in the project area plan takes place or is proposed to take place. See Utah Code 17C-1-102

(2) before September 1, 2016, if an agency adopted a resolution in accordance with Section 17C-2-101.5 before April 1, 2016.
