Terms Used In Utah Code 26B-3-309
- Board: means the Drug Utilization Review Board created in Section 26B-3-302. See Utah Code 26B-3-301
- member: means an individual whom the department has determined to be eligible for assistance under the Medicaid program. See Utah Code 26B-3-101
There is no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature arises against any member of the board, its agents, or employees for any action or omission by them in effecting the provisions of Sections 26B-3-302 through 26B-3-307.
