(1) The program shall be funded by federal matching funds received under, together with state matching funds required by, 42 U.S.C. § 1397ee.
Terms Used In Utah Code 26B-3-906
- Child: means an individual who is younger than 19 years old. See Utah Code 26B-3-901
- Program: means the Utah Children's Health Insurance Program created by this part. See Utah Code 26B-3-901
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2) Program expenditures in the following categories may not exceed 10% in the aggregate of all federal payments pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1397ee:
(2)(a) other forms of child health assistance for children with gross family incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level;
(2)(b) other health services initiatives to improve low-income children’s health;
(2)(c) outreach program expenditures; and
(2)(d) administrative costs.
