(1) As used in this section, “individualized education program” or “IEP” means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.

(2) The division shall coordinate with the State Board of Education, the Department of Health, and stakeholders to address and develop recommendations related to:
(2)(a) the expansion of Medicaid reimbursement for school-based health services, including how to expand Medicaid-eligible school-based services beyond the services for students with IEPs; and
(2)(b) other areas concerning Medicaid reimbursement for school-based health services, including the time threshold for medically necessary IEP services.
