(1) As used in this section:
(1)(a) “Health care professional” means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-207.
(1)(b) “Invisible condition” means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-207.
(1)(c) “Invisible condition alert program” means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-27-101.
(2) In coordination with the Department of Public Safety as described in Section 53-27-102, the department shall develop:
(2)(a) informational materials that describe the availability of the invisible condition alert program, including information on how an individual with an invisible condition may participate in the program; and
(2)(b) educational materials for health care professionals regarding the invisible condition alert program.
(3) The materials described in Subsection (2) shall be made available to health care professionals in accordance with Section 58-1-604.
