Policies containing motorboat liability coverage may not limit the insurer’s liability under that coverage below the following:

- Person: includes :(146)(a) an individual;(146)(b) a partnership;(146)(c) a corporation;(146)(d) an incorporated or unincorporated association;(146)(e) a joint stock company;(146)(f) a trust;(146)(g) a limited liability company;(146)(h) a reciprocal;(146)(i) a syndicate; or(146)(j) another similar entity or combination of entities acting in concert. See Utah Code 31A-1-301
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(1)(a) $25,000 because of liability for bodily injury to or death of one person, arising out of the use of a motorboat in any one accident;(1)(b) subject to the limit for one person in Subsection (1)(a), in the amount of $50,000 because of liability for bodily injury to or death of two or more persons arising out of the use of a motorboat in any one accident; and(1)(c) in the amount of $15,000 because of liability for injury to, or destruction of, property of others arising out of the use of a motorboat in any one accident; or
(2) $65,000 in any one accident whether arising from bodily injury to or the death of others, or from destruction of, or damage to, the property of others.
