Utah Code 31A-28-214. Examination of the association

(1) The association is subject to examination and regulation by the commissioner.

board of directors: means the group of persons with responsibility over, or management of, a corporation, however designated. See Utah Code 31A-1-301
Form: means one of the following prepared for general use:
          (74)(a)(i) a policy;
          (74)(a)(ii) a certificate;
          (74)(a)(iii) an application;
          (74)(a)(iv) an outline of coverage; or
          (74)(a)(v) an endorsement. See Utah Code 31A-1-301

(2) The board of directors shall submit, to the commission by no later than April 30 of each year:

(2)(a) a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the commissioner; and

(2)(b) a report of the association’s activities during the preceding calendar year.
