(1) A special use permit expires on December 31 of each year unless otherwise provided on the special use permit.

- Department: means the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services created in Section
32B-2-203 . See Utah Code 32B-1-102 - Person: means :(24)(a) an individual;(24)(b) an association;(24)(c) an institution;(24)(d) a corporation;(24)(e) a company;(24)(f) a trust;(24)(g) a limited liability company;(24)(h) a partnership;(24)(i) a political subdivision;(24)(j) a government office, department, division, bureau, or other body of government; and(24)(k) any other organization or entity. - special use permit: means a special use permit issued under this chapter, including:
(1) a religious wine use permit;(2) an industrial or manufacturing use permit;(3) a scientific or educational use permit; and(4) a public service permit. See Utah Code 32B-10-102(2) To renew a renewable special use permit, a person shall submit a completed renewal application to the department:(2)(a) no later than November 30; and(2)(b) in a form prescribed by the department.(3) Failure to meet the renewal requirements results in an automatic forfeiture of the special use permit, effective on the date the existing special use permit expires. - special use permit: means a special use permit issued under this chapter, including:
