(1) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the department may make rules to provide for the administration and coordination of services to refugees beyond the time period refugee assistance is provided or funded by the federal government, including the provision of:

- Department: means the Department of Workforce Services created in Section 35A-1-103. See Utah Code 35A-1-102
- Director: means the director of the division assigned by the department to administer a program. See Utah Code 35A-3-102
(1)(a) services to address emergency needs;
(1)(b) English language training; and
(1)(c) services for victims of domestic violence.
(2) The director shall administer and coordinate services under this section:
(2)(a) with input from the department and any office or advisory committee involved with the provision of refugee services within the department; and
(2)(b) in accordance with any state and federal requirements related to the provision of services to refugees.
