A person who violates a provision of this chapter:
(1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor; and

- Person: means a natural person or individual, corporation, organization, or other legal entity. See Utah Code 4-1-109
(2) may be subject to administrative fines, payable to the department, of up to $1,000 per violation.
