  • Person: means a natural person or individual, corporation, organization, or other legal entity. See Utah Code 4-1-109
     (1)(a) is in control of a swine; and
     (1)(b) allows the swine to run at large.
(2) A person described in Subsection (1) is liable for damage caused by the swine running at large.
