(1) The board shall meet at the call of the chair, but not less often than once each quarter.
Terms Used In Utah Code 53-11-106
- Board: means the Bail Bond Recovery Licensure Board created under Section 53-11-104. See Utah Code 53-11-102
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of public safety as defined under Section 53-1-107, or his designee. See Utah Code 53-11-102
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
(2) A quorum consists of three members.
(3) If a member has three or more unexcused absences within a 12-month period, the commissioner shall determine if that board member should be released from board duties.
